Festivals guide: Essential Items for a festival
The Perfect Festival Camp? Do you have all the essential festival gear? (headliner pic by Smoobs)

You get to the festival, hop out of the car (or bus), you’re excited as you see the swarms of people piling towards the camp sites, you’re thinking about the amazing line up, you don’t even care if it’s going to rain. Then you remember: you forgot your tent!

… So hopefully this hasn’t happened to you, but it does happen. More often than not we forget at least one essential item when we pack for a festival, whether it’s the anticipation, the last minute rush or the free nature of festivals we don’t know; what we do know though is if you forget just a few festival items it can make the festival less enjoyable. While there may be shops at the festivals they aren’t cheap and often you can’t get exactly what you want.

So where’s this festival packing list? It’s just below – before you go ahead and print out your check list though remember – you’re going to have to carry all this stuff, maybe miles, so think about what YOU can’t live without for a few days before you pack 2kg of pepperoni.

Here’s our list of essentials for a festival, the ultimate packing list:

[…] intentional and it’s non lexical productivity has been a positive necessity. Short of writing a list of festival essentials the only thing I have written has been code, tons of the stuff. I will be back with a new blogpost […]
